Innotech Aviation Services Refurbishes Halifax FBO Facility to Serve Increased International and Domestic Business

Innotech Aviation Services (IAS), part of Innotech-Execaire Aviation Group, has refurbished its FBO facility in Halifax to meet growing demand from international and domestic clients. Additionally, IAS has committed to renewing its other flagship locations in Ottawa and Montreal.

The Halifax facility’s modernization project expanded the FBO’s square footage and improved aesthetics and amenities within its passenger and new mezzanine-level crew lounges, check-in areas, business centre and conference room. This location serves a diverse business mix, including military aircraft, diplomats, tech-stops, cargo, corporate and helicopters. It’s home to many niche aviation companies and boasts 45,000 square feet of hangar space.

IAS, vp and general manager, Joel Bedard, said, “We have taken advantage of many economic opportunities that have encouraged facility reinvention. As our industry gains strength, the refurbishment of our Halifax facility, and soon the renovation of our Ottawa and Montreal FBOs, will ensure our loyal customer base continue to receive the same outstanding level of service to which they have come to expect from the Innotech team.”

IAS is the foremost general aviation service in eastern Canada and maintains a loyal customer base across its locations in Ottawa, Montreal, Halifax and Wabush. At each facility, IAS has the longest-serving, highest level of industry-experienced employees in the field and prides itself on establishing and maintaining personal relationships with its customers.

The IAS Montreal team handles a diverse business mix ranging from hockey teams to mine workers, celebrities, business leaders and Formula 1 teams. Montreal has a skilled team who work in conjunction with sister companies including Innotech Aviation and Execaire to deliver a high service complement and a “whole package” solution. The Ottawa airport location routinely handles a business mix including: hockey teams, remote school charters for special needs children, government flights and international diplomats such as heads of state visiting Canada’s capital.

Innotech Aviation Services is a sister company to Innotech Aviation (www.innotechaviation.com), part of Innotech-Execaire Aviation Group, an established leader in business aviation with more than 56 years of experience.
